Friday, October 24th was the night so many people dread or look forward to.
This is the Senior Night for the Lakewood Ranger Marching Band.
This is the night when the show gets a little different. Instead of the previous Western and Latin shows, it is a combination of different shows. The seniors voted on all the songs that have been played in the past four years. This show consists of Fun, Fun, Fun, Mikey, and Jai Ho. With this intricate song selection and fun charts, this is a show to remember.
During pregame, the seniors play the Alma Mater together. This will when it will all really sinks in. Tears will fill the band as they finish their last pregame of the season, and for some the last pregame ever. Then during halftime, the seniors will come forward and play the Fight Song. After one time through, the rest of the band will chime in.
After that, there is only one game left.
Despite all of the sadness of the season coming to a close, the band is pumped and ready to put on a great show.
The last game of the season is at North Ridgeville.
The Rangers are ready to take on the last game and make it amazing!
