On Dec. 6, the Old Building will be shown to the public for one last time. The event, sponsored by the Lakewood Rangers Education Foundation, will be conducted from ten in the morning to three in the afternoon.
The tour and/or open house will begin in the L-Room. The Ranger Shop will be open to the public. However, this will not be the only merchandise to be sold that day, as, according to the Foundation, pieces of the East Gym and the Tryout Theatre will be sold in the East Gym.
The prices (for East Gym portions) will range from 10 to 30 dollars, so if one wants a piece of history, get to the East Gym for the sales as well as the auctions occurring at center court. Theatre seats will be approximately 25 dollars, with all funds relayed back to Lakewood Rangers Education Foundation.
Again, if one wishes to partake in one last “legal” inspection of the Old Building, get to the area on Dec. 6 at ten in the morning.
It promises to be a nicely nostalgic day.
