Today is the day. Game one of the Finals, Cleveland Cavaliers vs. the Golden State Warriors. Third year in a row that both teams are in the finals against each other.
In 2015 the Warriors came out on top winning four games and the Cavs coming up short with only two wins. Last year the Warriors blew a 3 to 1 lead, proving to the world the Cavs are the best team in the world. Now its the start of the 2017 finals, many say it will be Cavs in 6.
Now that it is finals season, the Land will be going crazy. Tonight for game one there is both an indoor and outdoor watch party. Indoor watch party is held at the Q. Where The game is projected on the jumbotron for all the fans to watch. The indoor watch party cost is 10 dollars and all proceeds will benefit the Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity.
There is also a free outdoor watch party located both across the street from the Q, and one located in the grass area between the Q and Progressive field. At the outdoor watch party there are
- Games and inflatable
- Cardboard cutouts of players to take pictures with
- Live music by northeast Ohio’s most polar bands
- Hair paint, face paint, and airbrushed tattoos
- Food trucks
- Performances by the Cavalier Girls, Scream Team, Q Spirit Squad and Q Stix
This year with both Kyrie and Love healthy there is no way we can lose. GO CAVS!!!!!
