Donald Trump And Hillary Clinton win New York

On Tuesday in New York the Republicans and Democrats took over New York. From the democrats side Hillary won and from the republican side Donald Trump won.

Starting with Donald Trump came very close to getting New York’s 95 delegates. In all Trump held 847 Delegates while his other republican competitors Ted Cruz and John Kasich. Ted Cruz held 553 And John Kasich held 148 delegates.

On the other side for the Democrats Hillary Clinton held 1,930 delegates and her competitor Bernie Sanders held 1,223 in order for a Democrat to hold on to a nomination they must have 2,383 delegates.

After this win for Republican Candidate Donald Trump said ” We don’t have a race anymore, I think we are going to this convention as a winner”. Trump seems to very confident that he doesn’t have competition anymore after what he said about Ted Cruz, Trump said “Just about mathematically eliminated”.

Hillary has been saying that she is is also pretty confident she is going to win after she said this ” Democratic nomination is in the homestretch and victory is in sight.”

While it was coming to the end with 93% votes in Trump was beating Cruz And Kasich, Trump having 60% in the lead and Kasich with 25.2% and Cruz with 14.8%. Hillary was in lead in front of Sanders 57.7% and Sanders with 42.3%

New York seems to be in the spotlight with the two front runner ups Donald Trump and Hillary Sanders. Will they say in the lead, Who will be our next president you decide.
